Tips for Logging in
Business ID: Your Business ID is required each time you log in to MyAppointments. It cannot contain any spaces or special characters. It is a unique ID and will allow MyAppointments to distinguish your membership account from other accounts. Any user that you authorize to have access to your MyAppointments account (such as a receptionist, service provider or manager) will be required to enter this same Business ID each time they log in. An example of a Business ID might be "TMC" (which is the abbreviation for "Therapeutic Massage Center"). Username: In addition to your Business ID, you will need to enter a personal username each time you log in to MyAppointments. This username must be unique within your MyAppointments membership account. It will appear only in limited places and will not appear at the top of the MyAppointments website after logging in. Only the owner and authorized users may view this username which is stored in the User Accounts section under Settings. An example of a username might be "SALLY." Another example might be "OCEAN2015." Password: In addition to your Business ID and a Username, you will need to enter a password each time you log in to MyAppointments. When entering your password no characters will be displayed on the screen. There are two ways that a password can be changed in the future: 1) You can request to change your password at log in 2) The owner or an authorized user can change your password which is stored in the User Accounts section under Settings.
